Hudson Meats in Surry Hills was the first of a series of delicatessens and butcheries to be opened by former chef Colin Holt. The branding concept was to create a store with the highest quality produce and an interior design that plays upon the finishes of a traditional butchery.

With a hint of nostalgia, the design reinforces to the customers that Hudson Meats’ is their old local with the freshest and best produce available.
