The project has received a 6 Star Rating under Green Star, which recognises the project as a World Leader, from the Green Building Council of Australia. 40 Albert Road was also Australia’s first retrofit building to make a 5 Star ABGR commitment rating, ensuring the building’s energy consumption remains on track throughout its lifetime.
