Hedgeley Malvern East will create a new multi-residential and mixed use offering for the growing community precinct in Waverley Road, Malvern East. Located on the iconic former Dairy Bell site, the development will provide an urban transformation that will seamlessly integrate to the existing conditions of the precinct whilst respecting the current landscape characteristics.

The development will comprise six levels to accommodate 117 apartments with commercial and retail tenancies across the Waverley Road frontage. The underground basement will provide car parking and bike storage facilities to satisfy residential requirements. A lounge at entry level enjoys access to the central atrium garden and a gymnasium encourages community-style living and provides amenity to the development. 

The brief also set out to create a ‘central atrium garden’ for residents, providing a peaceful place for entertaining and relaxing. The green theme continues at roof level with a landscaped terrace and residents’ pavilion, creating a community open space with excellent outlook.
